Who is the Food Ninja?
Hayley is the Food Ninja, a Sports & Exercise Nutritionist with a passion for helping people be the best they can be. She is also a mean cook, who has a real talent for making healthy food taste amazing.
In 2013 she met an awesome Ninja Mentor named Martin, who showed her how to eat well, exercise hard, and encouraged her to take her new found passion and hobby, and make it into a full-time job. After years of being a corporate ninja trapped behind a desk, this was life-changing.
Hayley now spends her time working hard to be someone else’s ‘Martin’ & inspire people to change their lives & find their true (nutritional) destiny.

Favourite Ninja Approved Meal: My own recipe, Mexican Pulled Pork with homemade guacamole – it’s pretty special.
Favourite cheat meal: Ice-cream…..literally ANY ice-cream. Except coffee flavour. That’s just wrong.
Perfect Day off: Waking up early to get some peaceful reading time, a big breakfast, a killer CrossFit session, a long shower, a sports massage, a power nap on the beach, a swim in the sea, cooking a big dinner for my daughter & lots of friends with plenty of music, eating outside around an open fire, 8 hours of blissful uninterrupted sleep!
