In just 8 weeks George lost over 4kg and is down to 11.3% body fat as well as managing to build some muscle and knocking 38 seconds of his 1km run time.

During the 8 weeks he also placed 3rd in the individual CrossFit competition The Thorium Throwdown. Proof that if you do it properly you can strip fat without sacrificing performance gains. Ninja skills!
