When Nicola came to me his diet was already pretty good – he didn’t eat processed food, and cooked many of his meals at home. However, it wasn’t my favourite part of the consultation when I told Nicola (who’s Italian) that it would be best to lay off the pasta for a while. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the look on his face!

But he did it, with no complaining, and the results speak for themselves! He lost 6kgs of fat and added just over 1kg of muscle.

This was over 6 months ago, & I’m happy to report that Nicola easily maintains this body composition while enjoying a plate of pasta at least once a week!
